Pastor Les Clark
Pastor Les Clark has been the lead pastor of Bethel Church since February 2009. Pastor Les and his wife Jody are delighted to serve in their calling of the Lord together. Pastor Les earned his Master of Divinity degree and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Jody has a Masters Degree in Education and served as an Administrator in the North Kansas City District.
Prior to serving at Bethel, Les Clark served as Associate Pastor at Tiffany Fellowship Assembly of God in Kansas City, MO for 18 years.
Pastor Les and Jody enjoy time with family and friends including their 4 grandchildren.

Associate Pastor
An Ordained Assemblies of God minister, Darrell is a retired 36-year law enforcement veteran having served in Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, and Washington, D.C. He has been married to Laura for 52 years. They have two children, eight grandchildren including one deceased, and six great-grandchildren.
After serving in a bi-vocational capacity for 25+ years as a minister alongside his law enforcement career, he served full-time as Associate Pastor at the River of Life Assembly of God in Smyrna, TN from January 2005 - 2008. In 2008, he was selected to serve as Lead Pastor at Troy (MO) First Assembly of God. He and Laura served at Troy until her illness required their retirement in 2016. They moved to Kansas City, MO to be near their daughter and family to provide 24/7 care for Laura.
In July 2018, he was invited by Pastors Les and Jody Clark to join the staff of Bethel Church Liberty to serve as part-time Associate Pastor. Darrell has shared that Pastors Les and Jody Clark and their Bethel Church family have been the “best kept secret in the Northern Missouri District of the Assemblies of God!”
Jennifer Huffman Pastors Assistant
Phillip and Jennifer began attending Bethel Church in 2005 and have been involved in several areas of ministry over the years. Jennifer began serving as pastor's assistant in 2025. In addition to working at Bethel Church, Jennifer works full time at Talented Tots Learning Center and Phillip works at Ford motor company. They also are parents to two children, Caleb and Felicity. Phllip and Jennifer love helping and serving and feel blessed to be a part of Bethel Church..
Andrew and Brooke Hoffecker
Youth Student Ministries Directors
Andrew and Brooke Hoffecker began serving at Bethel in July of 2018 as the Student Ministry Directors. Together they are working towards their Assembly of God Credentials.
In addition to serving at Bethel, Andrew works full time and Brooke teaches dance for The
Studio LDG. They also are parents to three children, Ava, Joseph, and Addy.
Andrew and Brooke are thrilled to be serving as a part of the Bethel team and cannot wait to see what God will do!
Chris and Stephanie Kelly Children’s Student Ministries Directors
Chris & Stephanie began serving at Bethel in November 2022 as the Children’s Student Ministry Directors. Together they bring an energy and excitement to serve you and your children.
In addition to serving at Bethel, Chris, and Stephanie work full time for Honeywell. They have
three boys, Lucas, Landon, and Austin.
Chris and Stephanie are excited to be serving as part of the Leadership Team at Bethel Church.
